Return Process

  Pickup or Donation

  For mattresses, we will coordinate a local charity pickup. For smaller items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

  Refund Processing

  Once the pickup is confirmed or the item is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
